- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

Placerea mea personala este sa se poata face bezna in camera, aici nu a fost cazul, dar nu pot sa spun ca m-a deranjat in mod deosebit. Camera ar putea fi putin mai curata in sensul ca pe mocheta se mai regasesc niste pete, pe pereti de asemenea, dar inteleg ca asta este si vina oaspetilor care nu au grija.

"Mi a plăcut aerul de hotel colonial și personalul amabil sa ajute la orice problema..micul dejun a fost unul delicios și cel mai important diferit în fiecare zi.. Am fost preluați de la aeroport și ajutați sa inchiriem mașină ce ne a ajutat mult sa ne simțim confortabil. Recomand!"

Nu mi a plăcut în camera mirosul de vechi care cu siguranță ar aduce un plus dacă s ar rezolva problema având în vedere ca personalul este exemplar la curățenie iar lenjeria la fel curată!

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

"Great location, nice beach, very good food, versatile facilities, very good for families."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

We visited in rainy season season so we got stuck in the room one whole day. Facilities are a bit tired and could do with refreshment.

I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."
