"Mi-a plăcut tot, de la personalul extrem de amabil , la mâncarea foarte bună, curățenie. La micul dejun tot personalul amabil, la recepție la fel. Noi am ajuns foarte devreme la hotel , am primit camera imediat, inclusiv micul dejun în acea dimineață. Chiar doar cuvinte de lauda avem toată familia și ne-am dori sa mai revenim la acest hotel."

"The staff in the hotel were excellent, we were checked-in by ismayil and he was very helpful and attentive. We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied. Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best."

"We liked everything about this hotel, from cleanliness, to amenities, staff to hospitality, variety of buffet breakfast options to Masala tea upon request. The highlight was that we couldnt access our floor without tapping the card in the lift."

"Loved everything about the W Doha. The team was so lovely and Ismail, at the reception, accomodated my check-in which was absolutely wonderful. The room was big and clean. All the staff was lovely and looking after me. Thank you for this amazing customer experience."

"Staff and the service was impeccable. Esoecially girls Soni and her sister sanu at the breakfast i think were really good. There was also one bloke from peshawar i forgot the name was really hospitable at breakfast. Assistant manager Vivesh was also excellent."

"If i have to be picky the only thing that i didnt like was that when our rooms were cleaned, some of the desserts were thrown away by housekeeping without asking. They were oroginally also given by hotel for our daughtera first birthday."
