"Mi-a placut foarte mult felul cum arata hotelul, curatenia din hotel si din camera. Baiatul care mi-a curatat camera Nasir a fost foarte dragut, , atent si totul a fost impecabil toata saptamana datorita lui. In permanenta baietii de la curatenie erau supravegheti de Azzeddine, cred ca super viserul lor astfel incat nu am ce sa reprosez."

"The staff at the reception was awful not helping or guiding properly,The day we check in he didn't even guide us to our room we wandered half hour before we found our room and every time we asked at the reception to call us a taxi they wouldn't and tell us to call auber ourselves when repeatedly told them we don't have the App no response was given,I think the reception staff definitely need replacing otherwise every one was really good and helpful including the porters"
