Welcome to Monte Verde... We are a small, family-friendly accommodation located 5 minutes drive from the capital of our wonderful island of Madeira. This accommodation, with 20 rooms that can accommodate from 1 to 5 people, each one furnished appropriately as you can see in the photos to receive you besides having a kettle, a sofa and TV with channels in several languages and free internet in each room with great signal. And for the rooms with private balcony, we have a table with two chairs to enjoy the view that can be to the gardens of the inn as to the Atlantic Ocean. We provide daily room cleaning service with the exception of December 25th, where bed linen is changed every 5 days and towels every 2 days. In case of damage to anything in the room such as furniture, bed linen or towels will be charged an extra value for it. We have an outdoor pool with solarium around it, where we provide towels upon request of the customer at reception . A glassed lounge with garden view where we serve a varied breakfast buffet. We also have a games room and a reading room, as well as a room where you can leave your luggage if you need to arrive before check in time or leave the motel after check out time. We have at your disposal the laundry service for 15 euros per bag that you can find in your room in the office. We have private underground parking with the cost of 5 euros per day that must be booked in advance. The reception is open until six o'clock in the afternoon, after this time you can count on self check in. At the reception we are always available to help you in what you need, where we have contacts for car rental, taxis , tours throughout the island. Etc After this same closing time, you can contact the same way by email or to the emergency number that is at the reception. When you get to the green mountain, you find the main gate closed but unlocked that just open and enter and go forward to the reception. For greater security for all, we have available a video surveillance service 24 hours a day. "Hotelul este intim, amplasat excelent, ai aproape tot ce-ti trebuie, de la marketuri, pana la o sumedenie de rent-a-car si restaurante, inclusiv de tip all you can eat. Patul a fost imens, curatenia impecabila, iar micul dejun variat si bun."
"A fost o problema cu apa calda, insa personalul s-a straduit sa o remedieze rapid, iar wi-fi nu prea am avut."
"Proprietatea este situată intr-o zona superba, camera spațioasă, de fapt am avut 2camere si 3 paturi. Camera are terasa cu o panorama minunata la ocean. Personalul foarte prietenos ! Recomand !"

"The quality of the Breakfast could be improved. The Coffee Machine, fruit salad, eggs and bacon were OK, but the baked beans and fresh bread ran out very early. The rest were sweet cakes and pies, whuch is OK for some people, but the was no fresh milk. A lot of the food was gone by 9 am. perhaps because there was a group of young people who came and put mountains of food on their plates, without eating it all up. Some sort of rationing might have been used !!! And Finally, I think people should be advised that there is a steep climb from the main road Estrada Monumental. It took me a few days to get used to it !!!"
