Situated amongst the traditional white buildings of Santarem, Structură Hotelieră Umu was recently renovated and offers free Wi-Fi access. Parque da Ribeira which overlooks the River Tagus is only 3 km away. The air-conditioned rooms at the Umu Reședință have a simple décor and feature a balcony. Each contains a flat screen TV with cable channels and a writing desk. The private bathrooms come with a hairdryer. The univers culinar provides a freshly prepared buffet breakfast daily in the elegant dining area with floor to ceiling windows. Guests can enjoy a drink on one of the tables on the sun terrace or in the bar. During the day guests can walk into the historical centre of Santarém which features many Gothic churches including Igreja de São João de Alporão, 2 km away. Free private parking is available and the Santarém Train Station is 2.6 km away. Lisbon Portela International Airport is a 50-minute drive from the hotel boutique.

"It's a very good hotel located inside Santarém, and a short ride to the events and business center. Perfect for a business stay. The breakfast had all standard Continental breakfast items, including some better cheeses. Very good for what I would expect from this hotel."

"Just a suggestion, Breakfast was good, but could do with some more choice of hot food, it was the same hot food for three days we were there. Lots of disturbance one early morning... for over an hour..a group of people outside the hotel checking in.... understand staff on duty couldn't do anything about it. But overall the stay was good 😊"
