"Personalul este de o rare calitate umană! Sunt adevărați profesioniști ai ospitalității. Domnul care ne-a adus de la aeroport și doamnele de la recepție sau bucătărie te fac să te simți un membru al familiei lor. Am vrea să revenim în acest loc, unde ne-a rămas inima!"

"Hotelul este foarte bine situat în centrul orașului, la câțiva pași de restaurante, magazine, port. Mobilier vintage, dar confortabil. Terasa de pe acoperiș are o vedere frumoasă. Am avut parcare gratuită la vreo 300 metri de proprietate. Camere mari, curate, patul confortabil. Mic dejun repetitiv, dar consistent, cafea naturală bună. Fructele foarte bune și aromate."

"The location was excellent. Right next to the Cathedral (the Se). Three minutes from the seafront and the marina. Two minutes from five decent restaurants. Fifteen minutes from the bus stops that take you to the two iconic gardens - Monte Palace and Jardim Botanico. The decor was mid- century modern, lots of beautiful wood and an amazing central staircase. The breakfasts were good with fruit, yoghurts, scrambled eggs and bacon, lots of different breads and good coffee. The room was kept clean and tidied every day. It was a very good size. There is a communal lounge upstairs with a view of the sea and the cruise ships. Friendly staff. The taxi transfer from the airport (and back again at the end of the holiday) was friendly and efficient and in my opinion good value for money."
