"Locația este foarte bună, aproape de gară și de centrul vechi, micul dejun este foarte gustos, chiar dacă nu este extrem de variat, cafeaua a fost foarte bună. Camera este spațioasă, baia este mare. Am apreciat faptul că în unele zile am găsit câte o sticlă mare de apă plată pe birou."
"Cei din conducerea hotelului ar putea lua în calcul înlocuirea mobilierului deoarece este cam învechit, în camere ar fi necesar să existe câte un minibar. Ne-ar fi plăcut ca vederea din cameră să dea la stradă, și nu în spatele hotelului unde te întâmpina o lucrare la clădirea alăturată, dar asta nu este o critică."

"The location was superb, close to train station and main square of old Town. Easy to find. Lots around area: shops cafés, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, delicious food and the breakfast room staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room clean and windows opened fully! Nice view, great noise reduction from glazing. We would come back when next in Krakow."
"Reception staff not welcoming. Barely looked up and never said hello or bye even when you did. Rooms are tired and need some updating. Pillows are awful. Did get extra pillow but like sleeping on cottonwool. No tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast room needs some background music or the news on the TV to soften the stark silence."

"Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krakow I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!"

"Never had breakfast at the property. The price is very good though, just 22-25 zl (around $6) The staff was welcoming and nice, and the room was very basic but quite clean."

"Another comfortable stay at the Gold. Great room overlooking the town and tower. Perfect location and the restaurant food is lovely and reasonably priced. If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."
