"We found a hair on our bed.(we hope it was from the staff who changed the sheets, not from previous quests). Also our neighbors were so loud till 2 am so my mom couldn’t fall asleep.(we understand that the hostel is not responsible for that but maybe to make some rules for guests?)"

"The host was incredibly accommodating, she let me leave my bag at reception before check in and even have a shower and supplied me with a towel! On top of that she very kindly did some of my laundry for me and dropped it off in the room for me! Overall I have to say great place, good location not far from Kosciuszki park worth checking out !"

"They changed the door code . And I was outside. When I came, door was lock . And I had to wait for one hour in the night time . Then someone opened the door for me . It was night time at 1 o clock. If you change the code please send email to everyone who is currently staying there . Thanks"
