It retained a lot of original features, such as Medieval frescoes and wooden ceilings. The rooms offered by Rezydent are elegantly decorated in warm colours. Many of them have great views of Grodzka Street. All come with a bathroom and are equipped with satellite TV, a radio and a telephone. Rooms are located in three buildings - one of them has a lift. Free Wi-Fi is available in the structură hotelieră's public areas and an airport shuttle is offered at a surcharge. Kraków Główny Train Station is 1 km away and the royal Wawel Castle is just 700 metres away from Structură Hotelieră Rezydent.

"Hotelul este chiar în centru. Este totul foarte aproape și oriunde mergi pe jos. Camerele sunt mari, geamurile sunt izolate fonic. Baia este mare și spațioasă. Totul este curat, iar personalul este foarte prietenos. În curtea hotelului este un restaurant cu specific polonez. La recepție m-au tratat foarte bine, inclusiv mi-au dus valizele până la cameră, iar apoi mi-au prezentat camera."

"Never had breakfast at the property. The price is very good though, just 22-25 zl (around $6) The staff was welcoming and nice, and the room was very basic but quite clean."

"Another comfortable stay at the Gold. Great room overlooking the town and tower. Perfect location and the restaurant food is lovely and reasonably priced. If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."
