"Mi a placut mult camera si faptul ca la check in ne au schimbat camera dupa ce le am zis ca este prea mica prima fara niciun cost in plus Personal foarte amabil, vorbeau limba engleza deci a fost simplu sa ne intelegem. Am avut amenities exact cum e corect la 4* am fost foarte multumita . De asemenea,locatia era fix langa mall deci aveam acces rapid la magazine."

"Nu mi a placut faptul ca apa din piscina era rece,iar la sauna era foarte multa apa pe jos si intuneric(cred ca fac economie ca altfel nu mi explic de ce trebuia sa fie bezna in sauna) Si patul din camera este destul de jos ,nu cel mai confortabil"

"Saltelele sunt vechi. Apa era rece la dus in anumite momente ale zilei. Nu erau halate disponibile la ora 9 seara pentru a merge la piscină. Foarte puține șezlonguri."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I liked that the hotel is conveniently located close to a tram stop, which made getting around very easy. The room was warm and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing — incredibly varied, fresh, and delicious. Truly wow!"

"The only downside was a strong, old cigarette smell in the room and the presence of an ashtray, which was unpleasant"
