This unique bed and breakfast, which is located in the Beethovenstraat district in Amsterdam, is hosted by Xaviera Hollander. It includes free Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with a terrace and some rooms decorated with erotic paintings. The Stadionweg tram stop is 300 metres away and offers direct links to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Xaviera's is a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station. The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is 900 metres away. Bicycles can be rented on site. All rooms are equipped with a TV, airco, a king-size bed and a private bathroom. All of the accommodation at Xaviera's Bed and Breakfast has access to a private bathroom, and have tea/coffee making facilities.

"You stay at a very famous place in Amsterdam with famous people. Xaviera and Filip are amazing hosts. It is very close to RAI, why I have chosen the place. Bed is comfortable and the place is very quiet. Clean."

The place is cozy, with a nice balcony and garden, plus a big, comfy bed. Breakfast was tasty and generous. "We loved our stay with Xaviera and Phillip. The accommodation is in a beautiful and comfortable house, full of character, in a lovely neighborhood. The room has a very confortable bed, a new frigobar, a round table and chairs, robes, books, and the floor and table lamps are perfect for setting up the light we need. The big balcony is a treat, even in cold weather. We also pretty much enjoyed their breakfast as well as having their nice assistant help us out."

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
