Dormitoarele structură hotelierăului au un stil simplu. Unele au o baie comună, în timp ce altele au facilităţi private. Locuințăul 83 are o recepţie deschisă nonstop. În zonă se găsesc diverse punct de alimentațiee cu specific naţional şi internaţional unde puteţi să vă opriţi pentru băuturi sau mâncăruri. În 5 minute de mers pe jos puteţi să ajungeţi la staţia de tramvai din Piaţa Dam cu legături excelente spre Gara Centrală din Amsterdam şi restul oraşului. Staţia de metrou Nieuwmarkt este la 3 minute.

"The location is absolutely perfect. I was pleasantly surprised as we entered, as being in the heart of the red light district I thought it might be a bit run down, but the lobby is absolutely stunning! One of the loveliest I’ve seen. The room also was really well taken care of with a really good shower. The beds were so comfortable too. Also every member of staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful, and when we decided to add an extra night to our stay (at 2 am on the day we were leaving lol) the night staff were amazing and arranged it straight away. I will DEFINITELY return to this hotel."
"The stairs are very steep, but that’s actually the same as every building along the canals in Amsterdam and it’s made quite clear in the listing and we packed light as was recommended. Saying that, I was also expecting the stairs to be a bit uneven and rickety based on its location, and even though they were steep they again well taken care of."

"We stayed here as a group of four women and were a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but they were far from accurate. Our room was spacious, well kept, and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and having our own private bathroom made the stay even better. The location was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."
