"The balcony provided a stunning view, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions."

"Lovely B&B in Edam, walking distance from downtown. Also 35 min walk from Volendam but you have plenty of buses stopping 3 min away from the B&B. Staff was fantastic. Bedroom spacious and clean and breakfast was complete."

"El alojamiento está a 10 minutos andando del centro de Edam y además Kees y Brian fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Esta en una zona muy tranquila, solo se oyen los patitos. Recomendable! 👌😃"

"freundliche, kommunikative Gastgeber, großes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf Gracht und weite Wiesen, sehr gutes Frühstück, da nur ein Gästezimmer vermietet hatten wir das Bad für uns,"

"Lovely hotel and beautifully designed. We enjoyed using the pool which goes from indoor to outdoor, as well as the 2 saunas. The hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant, we really enjoyed our evening meal here. There was also the option to book a cinema room or karaoke. We visited during winter so didn't feel up to walking the forest in the cold, but I can imagine in summer it's beautiful especially with the option to rent bikes. Would recommend!"

"The room was impressively spacious with plenty of storage to actually unpack and settle in, plus a couple of comfortable chairs that made it feel more like a proper retreat than just somewhere to sleep. A great view added to the sense of space, and the bathroom came with a full-size bath, which is always a welcome bonus. The staff were brilliant too, genuinely friendly and helpful throughout without ever feeling over the top. The location is the standout. Hard to fault it. Everything you'd want to see or do felt within easy reach, and arriving or leaving couldn't have been more straightforward. It's the kind of spot that makes the whole trip feel effortless. "De locatie was prima voor 1 nachtje. Aardige ontvangst, prima locatie, niks op aan te merken. Gezien de prijs past het ontbijt er bij, redelijk doorsnee, maar warme broodjes en 1 warm ei, top! Parkeren voor de deur. Heerlijk rustige plek, op loopafstand van het centrum. Zou er zo weer boeken."
