"This apartment is simply perfect to enjoy beautiful Utrecht! Nico is a wonderful host, offering insights and assistance both before our visit and upon the key collection on arrival. We often spoke about the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail in the appartment. Every need of a visitor was catered for, generously. Thank you Nico, for hosting us in your beautiful, central apartment. It made it easy for us to explore not only your lovey city, but also the towns/cities surrounding it. It is an easy walk to the train station which makes this apartment is a great base. Make sure to leave enough time to stroll through Utrecht - it is a destination in itself!"
