"The location is phenomenal and the view of the sea from the pool was a bonus! lots of different spots around the house to socialise with family and friends but everyone still had their privacy. The layout is very clever. The staff are amazing!"
"The house needs maintenance. One part of our roof was loose and banged all night in the wind. Another piece blew off. Many of the taps fell off and couldn’t be replaced. The outdoor shower was broken. The kettle stopped working. The oven never worked and the stove top was a bit dodge. We would love to come again but if these small things aren’t taken care of, it will mean we would ultimately choose one of the other houses."
"The location is amazing and right on the beach, with views from the rooms and the large deck. The house is spacious for many people, has a pool and a grill, is clean, and is staffed by very kind and attentive staff."
"A couple small suggestions for the property: 1) consider adding mosquito nets or coils (or suggest that guests bring this) as after the rains we really got bitten a lot; 2) some of the stairs to the beach need repair; 3) I thought it was a little strange that we had to bring our own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. But overall was a lovely place and I recommend it!"

"what an amazing stay!! first things first: all the money we paid for the accomodation goes directly in a social organisation. this on e has a huge impact in the area, amazing!! further our time at humbi was just perfect. Alexia and her team are absolutely amazing! it is the perfect place to relax. The food was also absolutely delicious, all fresh from their garden. Can‘t wait to go back! ❤️"

"The staff, especially the manager Johnny, were outstanding and always ready to help/assist. Even the amicable owner was reachable and would ensure that guests were well taken care of. We also loved having breakfast while admiring the waves and morning sun. Walking on the beach everyday was a must and the sound of waves was very soothing. Although quite basic, Giraffe is a great place to just chill. Hotel also has a speed-boat and can organize the trip to Bazaruto and other islands."

"Dominique the landlord is super kind and accomplished, the room is clean and large. There is a comfortable king bed, kitchenette area with a mini fridge and kettle, a couch, and an attached bathroom! There is an upstairs terrace with a beautiful view, sun beds, a bench, and seating with tables."
