"The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us."

"I paid gor my breakfast but it was excellent. Good to have a restaurant / room service on site. Excellent central location. I had great room because they said it was upgraded- i had 2 windows and balcony. I was surprised no fridge, kettle or air conditioning duch a good hotel and the price I paid. It had a fan but still must get really hot."

"We really liked the amenities, our kids had so much fun. The babies club was great for our little one, he loved it there. All of the staff throughout the resort were so friendly and helpful. The location was also great, very easy to get a taxi to/from anywhere, and not too far of a ride to the airport. Also, they put on an excellent New Years Eve party and feast. The rooms and the overall facility aren't the newest and shiniest, but you can see that it's kept very clean and that they are making improvements. If your looking for high class fancy resort this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a fun family resort with excellent staff then this place is great :)"
