"First night there was a wedding with very loud music until 2am. The resort is a little dated and the road up to the resort is very rough."

"Fabulous architecture,' fairyland'! Our room was high up ,with a great view from our balcony Very nice pool and landscaping. The beautiful beach is great for children, very calm and clear,great for snorkeling, we rented equipment there."

"Very slow checkin,surely it could be automated or less paperwork. Rather a nuisance having to wait for a cart every time we needed to go to our room. Even then, there are steep stairs from the pool and restaurants. This would be a problem for many people. Our coffee maker didn't work, we would have preferred a kettle so we could make tea. Our room was clean but the balcony next door had old coke cans throughout our 3 day stay! We didn't have a meal plan and wanted a small breakfast, not the buffet. The restaurant staff obviously didn't want to bring us a menu. Each day this was a problem, though when we checked in we were assured this was available ."

"The hotel is now a classic and the rooms are perfect for a family holiday. All staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was generous and always available. Parking was good and security was there. Despite the hotel has overseen our agreement for a special room for a person with limited mobility, they fix it upon arrival, it took a bit of time but they did the best."

"Some parts of the hotel could use some maintenance, such as the beach canopies and some of the lifts. Some communal areas were left unclean, such as the pool terrace and beach, where guests would leave rubbish and it would take staff time to clean up. However, this is mostly a problem caused by the guests."

"Fantastic situation on a wonderful beach. Room high up but the view was tremendous. Bit of a hike to get to the room, but you could take the free golf buggy ride with the bell hops. Great poolside bar - swim up from pool if you wished. Lots of aquatic life to see along the marina including turtles."

"All was perfect, very quit hotel with perfect quite beach without waves which is not so simple to find in Mexico at the Pacific cost. Nice territory where it is possible to walk in the evenings, nice a la carte restaurants. Separate thanks to the personnel who helped us to replace the flat tire in the car."
