"Spacious, clean room. Relatively quiet. Large bathroom, lot of space to your toiletries and magnifying mirror. Shampoo was provided. Big shower with hot water. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Pool looked nice, did not try though. Excellent location next to ADO Alterna. Lovely cafe around the corner to have healthy breakfast. Wi-Fi was fast. Good a/c and fan. Fridge. Elevator."

"Excellent location across the road from ADO bus station where we caught a bus the next day. Very nice clean swimming pool where we cooled off after a long day travelling. Great that there's a lift so no need to carry bags up to the second floor where we stayed. Spacious room for the 3 of us with two large beds. Quiet location and aircon worked well so we would have slept well if son hadn't woken us at 2 a.m. Free morning coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Nearby supermarkets to buy supplies for bus trip."

"Ótimo custo benefício, próximo ao Centro, ao lado do terminal de ônibus ADO, com o Walmart nos arredores. Tem uma piscina bem legal com mesas em que vc pode utilizar para um café da manhã ou lanche. O funcionário Ricardo que foi o responsável pelo check in foi muito solícito e atencioso com minha família."
"Embora não seja um padrão das hospedagens da Riviera Maya, poderiam instalar um ducha higiênica. Seria um diferencial. Inicialmente nós foi indicado um quarto que não havia sido preparado ainda… mas rapidamente foi feita a correta indicação do quarto. Nada que desabone. Voltando a Playa del Carmen, ficar no Hotel Playa Encantada será minha primeira opção."
