"Apartament spațios, in centru, in spatele catedralei, aproape de faleza. Ne a plăcut balconul. Plase de insecte la geamuri, aer condiționat. Bucătărie complet utilată, masă și fier de calcat. Gazda primitoare, am apreciat Romul de welcome și instrucțiunile de preparare. Locație buna la pret excelent!"

"Suntetul liliecilor din apropiere de seara până dimineața și zona cu gândaci pe strada, care intrau și în balcon/ in apartament. Nu toate geamurile se puteau inchide."

"The apartment is modern very comfortable and clean with all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc and it is very centrally located in the commercial centre of fort-de-france. We forgot to walk with our adapter to put our US flat end plugs into the European sockets so we had to buy an adapter to charge our phones and computers but this was easy to find. In addition to stores, bistros, restaurants and pharmacies, there's also a farmers market, a mall and a church very near the apt. The apt is only about 8-10 mins walk away from the ferry terminal and just a few minutes away from the park."

"The area from the entrance and up the steps to the door did not match the cleanliness of the apartment. It seems like this common area is not cleaned regularly and this was disappointing."

"La facilité d’accès,apt bien situé en plein centre ville rien à dire. Nous avions loués pour le carnaval en famille, la proximité m’a plu, apt grand et adéquat."

"La porte d’entrée qui frappait sur la boîte en métal, les voisins l’ouvrait trop fort. Le seul bémol, il manquait des produits d’entretien comme gel javel par exemple pr le wc,et il manquait la serpillière au sol,ça se ressentait."

"Lots of stairs. Definitely not for people with mobility restrictions. Previous reviews have mentioned concerns with peeling paint, front door not locking properly, and common areas not up-to-date. Some of that has been addressed and they were continuing to upgrade while we were there. Street entrance door still doesn’t always lock. It is however an older building that has been renovated and is a tropical climate so some of the issues just come with the territory."
