"The apartment is spacious and clean. It's not close to the city center, but the bus stop is near by, takes about 30 min to reach the center. A supermarket is in walking distance. It's still quite convenient if you don't have a car. Kitchen is well equipped, nice to have a washer machine."

"Situated in a quiet residential area in the Chateauboeuf district, the apartment is a great location from which to explore other parts of the island, though ideally you’d want to rent a car, as while it’s not far from Fort-de-France, the area is hilly and a bit off the beaten path, with few shopping options within walking distance. The apartment complex is secure and quiet and surrounded by greenery, and the interior of the apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious and well-equipped. The exterior and common spaces of the building could do with some maintenance, however, and the apartment is on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so it’s definitely more suitable for able-bodied guests who can climb two flights of stairs. All these factors considered, we found it a very pleasant place to stay and excellent value for money, and would definitely stay here again."

"Très beau duplex, parfaitement agencé, avec une grande terrasse agréable donnant sur un bar ouvert sur la cuisine, ce qui rend l’espace convivial et très fonctionnel. Le logement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif via WhatsApp, toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement pour une famille : très bon emplacement, proche de Fort-de-France, avec une boulangerie, une pharmacie et un Carrefour Express à proximité pour les courses du quotidien. Parking intérieur et extérieur, résidence très calme. Excellente expérience, nous en gardons une très bonne appréciation."

"Très bel appartement je suis très satisfaite. Proche de la Galeria et du stade pour le concert de KALASH. L'hôte a été d'une très grande gentillesse en me permettant de partir plus tard du logement car mon avion était à 21h50. Je remercie L'hôte pour son logement et sa compréhension. Le logement est magnifique et tout est fonctionnel. Chaque chambre a une clime et il y a 2 WC ce qui est bien quand on est plusieurs. Une machine a lavé et une terrasse bar."
