"Aproape de centrul orașului, apartamentul modern dar cam neîngrijit, destul de murdar!"

"Locația bună, aproape de centru, cam 10-12 min pe jos (se poate trece prin mall-ul din fața proprietății către zona centrală, pentru scurtarea drumului). Apartamentul, la et 4, destul de mare, utilat, tv conectat la net, un mic balcon pt fumători, o bucătărioară open space, parcare la subsol (exista lift din parcare până la et 4)."

"Dormitorul foarte mic, cearșafurile și fețele de pernă nu au fost schimbate și aveau miros de transpirație. Prosoapele, destul de învechite. Se pare ca apa de la rețea este foarte dură deoarece cam toate elementele de bucătărie și baie, erau pline de calcar. Locul de parcare (nr 14) extrem de mic si înghesuit (trebuie să intri cu spatele). In mobila din apartament, exista lucruri personale ale proprietarului (probabil locuiește acolo și închiriază doar uneori). La ferestre exista rulouri exterioare, dar nu exista plase de țânțari."

"Property was nice,clean , close to center and all tourists attractions -also quaet -great for night rest.Owner was nice also-he waited for us even we wore late.He was friendly,showed us where to park and told us where is the best place to have a dinner 😀"

"I wanted a ´home ´ for my 3 days in Skopje and this is exactly what I found at Oleander Apartment. I prefer staying at places located just outside of the city centre and this apartment was perfect for me. It is 10 mins walk to the city centre, it is opposite a mall with access to a supermarket and a chilled out café. The area is safe, clean and in walking distance to the bus station. The perfect base for me. I would definitely return here."

"Perfect size apartment for a couple in a newer building, with comfortable kitchen/living room, separate bedroom, and even the small cozy balcony. We got an underground parking. Parking place may seem tight for someone but no problem for a regular driver at all. Also, the elevator brings you directly from parking to your floor. Though near busy street, it's was quite enough in the apartment since it's higher floor from ground. AC freezes great, WiFi is good. The host is friendly and helpful. We liked everything. And the view to mount Vodno of course. I traveled several times to Skopje and this is the best choice for me, I would stay here again."

"Apartamentul are un design interior foarte frumos, chiar am preluat unele idei. Cred că este și foarte bine utilat, noi am stat doar o noapte și nu am avut nevoie de prea multe lucruri, dar tot ce am folosit arăta foarte bine. Un mare plus este parcarea subterană, inclusiv faptul că poți urca cu liftul direct din parcare -util când ai multe bagaje. Iar cel mai mare plus este Iva, gazda, care ne-a dat detalii foarte complete de localizare scară, parcare, tot ce a fost nevoie."

"We had a wonderful stay! Our host was very kind and helpful from the moment we checked in, making us feel welcome right away. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the entire facility was excellent – starting with the great view of Skopje, a 24-hour reception desk, secure parking, a gym & spa, and the added convenience of having a shopping mall within the complex. The neighborhood was calm and pleasant, with friendly people and good restaurants, both in the complex and nearby. While the location is not exactly in the city center, it was perfect for us, offering easy access to everything we needed."

"Pobyt w październiku 2025 r. Polecam serdecznie. Nie idzie przechwalić. Wszystko na duży plus. W pobliżu sklep, restauracja, miejsce parkingowe…do tego siłownia, basen, sauna w cenie. Po prostu wszystko co potrzebne. Do centrum miasta ok 45 min piechotą. Jeśli chcecie zwiedzać, polecam wypożyczyć samochód."
