"Terasa unde se servea micul dejun avea o panoramă superba, micul dejun a fost variat si bun, cafeaua excelenta, personal amabil."

"Receceptionerul desi amabil nu avea libertatea de a negocia pretul care era mare, mai mare ca pe booking. Patul nu era dublu ca in descriere ci din doua saltele intre care picai noaptea , iar locatia era intr un bazar murdar plin de gunoaie si dimineata la 5 ne au trezit slujba de la i biserica musulmana si strigatele musulmanilor."

"Mic dejun excelent. Camera mare. Poziționare excelentă în vecinătatea vechiului bazar. Imagine extraordinară de pe terasa de la etajul 7, loc în care se află restaurantul. Clasarea hotelului la nivelul de 5* este totuși mult exagerată."

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

"There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night."

"Location in the Old Town was excellent for our needs. Breakfast suited us well with plenty of variety but not extravagant. The view from Level 7 was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Entrance via a narrow track was a surprise. Decor is very retro, so think Yugoslavia rather than modern. There were essentially no power sockets in our room to charge devices unless we unplugged lamps. The bathroom drains smelt terrible however the staff fixed these promptly when we requested it."

"The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The buffet was excellent, with variety to choose from and the view from the top floor restaurant is spectacular. I’d recommend to anyone who’s visiting Skopje."
