"Foarte aproape de magazine,restaurante,în mijlocul agitației,o experiență de neuitat,personalul cu zâmbetul pe buze mereu și foarte amabili.Băiatul care lucrează noaptea extraordinar de amabil și vorbitor de limba engleză,ne-a ajutat în tot sejurul,inclusiv cu excursiile,a chemat un tour-operator la hotel."

"Situat intr-o locatie linistita, la 5 minute distanta fata de Djema-El-Fnaa, camere destul de mari, cu aer conditionat, apa calda, mic dejun bun. Doamnele de la cazare au fost foarte dragute, desi nu prea inteleg limba engleza."

"Am convenit cu gazda sa ne preia de la aeroport pentru suma de 30 euro, insa nu a respectat intelegerea, nici nu a mai raspuns la telefon, desi am reamintit si cu o zi inaintea sosirii si am primit confirmarea. Pana la urma am luat taxi. Usile camerei nu sunt bine izolate, astfel ca noaptea intra frigul (noi am fost in luna februarie)."

"Best location, beautiful and peaceful riad, the lady an the young man who we met were so lovely always with a smile. Even though it’s in the Medina next to the busiest street is incredibly silent. Very good breakfast served from a very early time to late morning. It was our first raid and we well in love"

"Riad Bab Chems location was just perfect for us. Centrally located in the old city down a quiet alleyway, the Riad is a few minutes walk away from a fantastic street food court, & the main square the jemaa el-Fna. It was our favourite out of all our other stays in Marrakech. The room, although small, is beautifully restored, decorated & is equipped with most amenities listed. The ensuite bathroom is just beautiful too & nice clean towels were provided. The roof terrace is another highlight, with many areas to relax, suntan or just to get away from it all. The breakfast was a typical Moroccan meal, & was abundant, the host was kind enough to have it ready at the crack of dawn, because we had a very early morning bus to catch."

"The bathtub shower combo. They mention an ensuite bathroom, which don't get me wrong is provided & is great, but you're only able to take a shower, with a shower handle that is very unreliable with hot & cold water that is erratic at best. However, in an old city like Marrakech, the old plumbing is perfectly understandable, we were just disappointed that we were not allowed to use the bathtub instead, because a plug was not provided, even upon asking."

"The staff were very polite and courteous, and the breakfast was lovely homemade Moroccan breakfast. The approach to the Riad was very unique and at first we did not know where we were going. But overall not a bad experience staying in a Riad. The staff were so kind, they gave me a lovely dessert mousse cake for my birthday with a candle on it and wished me well:) I was very touched with this gesture. Room was good and has all the facilities required."
