"Am fost placut impresionata de personalul amabil, ospitalier si profesional. Micul dejun este variat, gustos cu preparate atent selectate, iar gradul de curatenie a fost resimtit in tot hotelul. "The staff are all exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. All professional and very welcoming. We were traveling with a 2 year old and at some point I ran of nappies. My husband was at a work conference at the time and I wasnt comfortable going to supermarket myself as I noticed crossing the road can be quite tricky at times specially with a toddler. The reception and door man staff offered to buy the nappies for me and the door man visited several shops to try and obtain the exact ones I needed. Always going above and beyond! Rooms are clean and spacious, food was wonderful. Kids club was exceptional, huge space with variety of activities, toys and clean bathrooms."

"Mi-a placut camera, foarte curata si amenajata in stil traditional, cu vedere spre curtea interioara frumos decorata, liniste chiar daca este foarte aproape de piata centrala, micul dejun variat si delicios, pregatit atent de personalul Riad-ului. Mi-a placut personalul, Selwa, Mohamed, Nadia, Ouafa, toti sunt foarte amabili si atenti la dorintele oaspetilor. Dorim sa revenim cat mai repede!"

"Riad-ul este absolut fantastic, te simți ca intr-un muzeu. Este foarte curat, inclusiv băile, așternuturile, se face curățenie zilnic și se schimba prosoapele. Personalul extrem de amabil- 2 băieți foarte atenți la nevoile noastre, mereu gata sa ne ofere informații corecte și cinstite. Micul dejun foarte bun, specific marocan. În una din seri am luat și cina la riad, și mâncarea a fost foarte, foarte bună - recomand. Ii mulțumesc foarte mult băiatului care s-a ocupat se noi, a fost extrem de amabil, săritor și atent la detalii."
