"Locația, personalul foarte primitor și gata oricând să ajute. Terasa pe care poți lua micul dejun. Totul arată foarte bine și cred ca vara era intr-adevăr o plăcere să stai în Riad. Iarna a fost frig; am cerut inca o pilota și am primit-o a doua zi. Camera pe care am primit-o era foarte mare; cred ca rezervarea o făcusem pentru o cameră mai mică."

"În luna decembrie este frig în Maroc; aparatul de aer condiționat nu poate încălzi o cameră de 4m înălțime. Pe jos era de asemena foarte rece. Nu era un perete întreg care să separe baia de restul camerei ; peretele era doar de 2metri înălțime, în sus era liber. Ca atare tot ce făceai în baie se auzea ( și se simțea) în camera. În fața camerei se putea lua micul dejun ( dacă voiai să dormi mai târziu era cineva care lua masa chiar la picioarele tale.. ); te separa doar un geam care nu izola zgomotul. Rezervasem i camera mai mica, posibil la etaj; voiam acea camera tocmai ca sa avem liniște dimineata. Am primit o camera mai mare, la parter. Când am cerut sa ne schimbe camera, am fost informați ca tot raidul era plin și ca nu ne putea da alta camera, dar ne-au asigurat ca este liniște, pentru ca micul dejun se ia pe terasă… Micul dejun pe terasă era foarte romantic… dar nu la 5 grade…"

"Everything was so nice. Location was simply perfect, short walk away from medina entrance. Everything’s around - Jemaa el-Fna, Bacha coffee, Koutoubia Mosque, Jardin Secret.. also many very good restaurants. Our room was cleaned everyday. Every morning nice breakfast ( we asked for scrambled eggs in departure breakfast). Men in reception were very welcoming. Rooms not quite big, but as we only need them for sleep, that was no problem at all. They had warm down blankets, which we preferred. In room we were able to heat up a bit, as in evenings it gets colder, but only for first night. We didn’t use Spa, but it looked nice. Also the terrace was very good."

"It looks like the pictures. Traditional Riad in the middle of the old city, close to everywhere. Nice terrace. Nice breakfast. Quiet clean. Had good sleep. Very helpful friendly staff, Muhammad."

"Lights there are quite dim everywhere, but to be fair that could be a personal preference. That’s the only thing."

"Beautiful Riad, decorated really nicely. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. The location is so fab, right next to the souks in the heart of Medina. It’s super quiet in the Riad - I slept very well. I was travelling alone as a woman and felt extremely safe and happy at the property <3 :)"

"i really liked the room, the breakfast was homemade and very good. the host , Mohammed, was also very nice to us and very helpful with any issue we had. The tea was excellent. The location is super convenient and the neighbors very quiet. i really recommend this riad as we felt most welcome."

"Once the lights did go out but they fixed it in half an hour and the host was very apologetic. Room was a bit cold at times."

"You can improve the hammam a little bit. To add aromas and the lady not to be so quick. The room for the massage was a little bit cool. But the masssage was perfect."

"The staff were very friendly, we both commented that the night manager was still smiling at breakfast at the end of a long shift! We spent a lot of time out and about in the city trying other restauraunts so cannot comment on the in-house dinner menu, however the breakfast was varied each day and came out quickly. We arranged a Hammam and massage in their spa room easily and for reasonable rates."

"It did feel odd to have to knock on the front door each time we wanted to come back in, but staff were quick to let us in. We had our own key to private rooms, but not the front door - not sure if this is common Moroccan practice."

"Excellent accordion. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Lovely selection at breakfast. Great location for sightseeing and access to Medina and bus/taxi to reach areas outside the Medina."
