"The rooms were super comfortable. The staff were incredible - we had to leave at 6:30am for a bus on our last day, yet they prepared the breakfast early for us so we still had a chance to eat."

"The host was easy to communicate with before getting to the property as well as during our stay. There was a host there at all times and were always happy to help eg with recommending place to visit and eat. The medina was about 15 minutes walk downhill. We parked our car on the road where we could see it from our window. The AC was great. It was very beautifully decorated to the traditional Chefchaouene blue vibes. Breakfast was a traditional Moroccan style with breads, eggs, orange juice, mint tea and jams, and homemade butter and cheese. They also had milk and chocolate milkshake for families with kids. The breakfast lounge was very comfortable and traditional Moroccan furniture and decoration made the experience much more enhancing and special. Staff came to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything else."

"Lady at the front desk upon check in was very helpful and Whatsapped us a bunch of recommendations. The breakfast staff were also very welcoming, delicious food by Rahma and the man serving was friendly and funny. We could park our hire car on the side street right next to the hotel. We walked into the Medina easily, but as others say, it is quite a walk (coming back up hill might be tough for some). But we needed a place to park our car and enjoyed the walk both in the day and the evening - so Casa Familia worked well for us :)"

"It was a lovely stay - if we were to nit pick I would say the tiled floor in rooms and common area was very cold, but I’m sure that’s welcomed in summer!"
