"I really must appreciate the staff lady who waited for our arrival patiently and assisted with all our needs. Furthermore, I must appreciate the cleanliness of our room."
"The ladies bathroom is used also by men who seem to permanently live on the floor (to them, it is closer than the men's bathroom). The kitchen is available but it seems that all equipment was belonging to the permanent inhabitants of the floor."
