Additionally, I think we were unlucky, but our tap water was coming up brown; a couple of us drank it before noticing, and it caused some food poisoning, so I would recommend being careful with the water."

"The toilet flush failed in one apartment. Very impressed with how Girts responded and dealt with the issue punctually and communicating effectively. Location a little further from the centre than we had realised and the proximity of the works/ground spoil was not attractive, guess it will look great in years to come."

"At first, the 2km distance from central Riga seemed like a drawback. However, once we realised there were nice walks into the centre, how good the public transport is, and that there’s a great local bar on Eksporta Iela, it was clear a bit of distance was a good thing."
