"A lovely apartment with a fantastic bed and great comfort. New and fresh apartment with modern and tasteful decor (including a good kitchen). Located in a safe and quiet embassy area, definitely among the best areas in the city. We had a great time there for a week. Highly recommended :)"

"The property is clean. From the outdoor through the reception area and the room I stayed in was so clean. The property has a modern standard which I love. And the staff at Scarlett Apartments are so welcoming, friendly and respectful. Bill at the reception desk helped me to ordered food for me which I really appreciate of him. And also thanks to the young receptionist who helped ordered a car for me for an early checkout on the 26/12/2025. My standard studio room was so comfortable I decided to stayed in instead of changing to my second day Deluxe Room. I felt so comfortable staying here and moving forward I will continue to stay here each time I am in Monrovia. Warmest thanks to the management team and staff for bringing such an amazing property into Monrovia."

"Their services are topnotch. The neatness of the whole apartment. It is very quiet. Their staff's are friendly and ready to help. They have an airport shuttle service, car usage, etc. Their kitchenette are beautiful ."

"The apartment is clean with well furnished kitchen appliances, a fridge, toaster, kettle, a sofa, TV and king size bed. The place is peaceful with no noise around. There is a PIANO BAR & GRILL next door to the apartment where you can buy drinks or foods. The place is safe and comfortable. There is a food menu in your room to order. There is an iron with ironing board inside the room."

"The apartment has poor signage on outside, so not easy to read SKARLETT APARTMENTS when you reach there. With much difficulties you can just read SA somewhere. The display is rather better next door at PIANO BAR & GRILL. It's not guaranteed that you can find the chef present in the kitchen at the time you reach the apartment, so keep some food and drinks with you. No hairdryer seen anywhere. There is no Elevator, so if you are staying at the first floor then someone will help you to carry your luggage by climbing stairs."

"First of all the apartment is lovely and had all the amenities listed. The bed was super comfy too! Although I was not able to have breakfast on my first morning there due to the chef coming in the afternoon, the other meals he prepared for me were great. The staff were pleasant and responsive to all my needs. The resident driver, Henry was so helpful in recommending places to visit and taking myself and my colleagues around."

"Easy access to everything (down town, beach, restaurants, entertainment...). I like the fact that it feels like home. The chandeliers, the layouts of the place are beautiful, and that is definitely my home away from home. Last, but more importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful; Ms. Victoria is my favorite❤️"

"My dislike was the bathroom in room 101 (the sink, mirror, and socket). The room was perfect and beautiful, and every other room I slept in. Lastly, the carpet in the entire hallway, then tile, didn't serve me well because it was raining, and residents were going in and out, including myself, and the carpet was wet. Overall, it is a beautiful luxury, and it is my new home away from home."
