"We loved the location of this property and the staff, who were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was good with wide selection of food available. We ate here for the duration of our stay. While we waited some time for our food it was worth it as it was freshly prepared and really tasty. Decent sized rings with good bathroom and lots of hot water."

"This was my second stay at the Riviera Resort. I like the location, which is quiet and peaceful. There is a large pool and a spacious, new dining area. The staff are outstanding and always willing to help."

"The road leading to the hotel has a lot of potholes, so be aware if you are coming in a tuk-tuk or small car that it will be a bumpy ride for a couple of minutes."

"Beautiful location and grounds right on the lagoon. Pool was great - very big and lovely (warm) temperature. Delicious restaurant food. Super comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great to be able to hire bikes from the resort."

"Similar to other reviews, the wait for food in the restaurant was excessive at dinner time (the only time we ate there). We waited 1hr from ordering the first night (the staff had warned us there could be a 45min wait so we were prepared), went earlier the second night to avoid the busiest time but ended up waiting 1.5hrs. Learnt by the third night that pre-ordering food for a specific time was the best way to do it. The food is really good when it arrives though. Our room was pretty basic and could do with some updating but it was clean and for the money was very good value."
