"The room and shower room are big and there is a balcony. The host, Chiran, ensured that I had the room as requested. He and the staff are friendly which felt good. 😊 It is near to Beach Road with all the eateries. The hotel has a swimming pool which is in a peaceful setting with plants and trees, a real treat after the coming back from the busy Beach Road."

"Great place to start or end your Sri Lanka trip. Really modern and comfortable room, great breakfast, pool area, close to the beach and steps away from Main Street. The staff were super friendly and helpful and helped me plan the rest of my trip in Sri Lanka. 100% recommend"

"We had a two day stay at the accommodation. The staff was really nice and helpful, we also enjoyed the breakfast and morning pool. The property was really clean and on good location. We would definitely book again."

"Home away from home! The accommodation is in an area with separate access from the one used by the hosting family. Private kitchen, private bathroom, private terrace with a nice big aquarium. Everything was clean as promised. Nilu was simply a perfect host, she was there when needed, but never obtrusive. Guys, do YOURSELVES a favor and ask her to cook dinner for you! In the last evening we had a fantastic grilled fish that I will remember for a long time. (Muhudu Kukula is the common name of this fish in Sri Lanka, some say Pothubari and in the English version, it is called sea chicken)"
