"The pool and terrace are gorgeous, staff absolutely lovely. Was there at end of season so very quiet and rooftop closed but im sure thats also nice. Beds are firm and ac works very well."

"The employees of the hotel were very friendly and went the extra mile to make my stay the best it could be. I had a very important event and they were very helpful in making sure my clothes were ironed etc for that event. The hotel is beautiful particularly the pool/beach area. Also it is in a nice location, which allowed me to easily get into Batroun to enjoy the night life."
"The only thing that could have been better is that the maximum temperature of the shower I would classify as warm and not hot. Also there were occasional very brief (~ a few seconds in duration) power flickers."
