"I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I"

"There is everything you need for a stay. It’s clean, price-worthy. Stuff is nice. Even when I can’t speak Russian or Kazakh. There are 24/7 dinners around in 2-3 minutes walking distance also a mini supermarket, a bigger one is 7 minutes by walking. Interesting sites are not so far away. I would go there again"
"Sometimes the WiFi is not strong enough for video streaming (YouTube and Teams-VideoCall), but for normal things like E-mails etc. it is more than enough. So it’s a just minor problem."

"Как всегда отличное место, чтобы остановиться перед длительным авиаперелетом. Прекрасное расположение - можно погулять по парку, рядом кафе и еда на вынос, если предпочитаете перекусить в отеле. В номере был кондиционер, хороший интернет, чайник, была микроволновка, чтобы подогреть ужин. Останавливаемся там не впервые. Тихо, уютно и отличный персонал."

"Чистый номер, свежий ремонт, электронный замок, холодильник, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа в дозаторах, нету посторонних запахов. Тихий двор."
"По соседству баня на дровах, поэтому чаще всего окно не открыть дым заходит в комнату, топят мусором как будто. Хоть есть кондиционер, но свежий без свежего воздуха сложно. В ванной с выключенной вытяжкой накапливается запах, поэтому всегда включен."
