"Хочу выразить огромную благодарность гостинице Turan в городе Караганда! 🌟 В гостинице останавливались мои дети, и для меня, как для родителя, было очень важно, чтобы к ним отнеслись внимательно и заботливо. Я даже не ожидала такого тёплого отношения! Администраторы проявили искреннюю заботу — помогли с размещением, всё подробно объяснили, всегда интересовались, всё ли в порядке. Дети чувствовали себя спокойно и комфортно, а это самое главное для меня. Очень приятно, что персонал относится к гостям не формально, а по-человечески, с душой. Номер был чистый, уютный, аккуратный — всё подготовлено идеально. Кухня тоже порадовала: вкусная, свежая еда, детям всё очень понравилось. Спасибо коллективу гостиницы за внимание, доброжелательность и заботу о моих детях. Теперь я точно знаю, что в Караганде есть место, где можно быть спокойной за своих близких. "I’m so glad I found and booked this apartment! It’s a wonderful place — clean, cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly — it was a real pleasure communicating with them. I stayed with my mom for a week, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay: shampoos, hair conditioners, shower gels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, laundry detergent, toilet paper, all the necessary kitchenware, and more. You can just move in and feel right at home without worrying about buying essentials. A big bonus was the smart TV with access to all popular streaming services — perfect for relaxing in the evenings with movies, shows, or cartoons. There’s also a grocery store right in the courtyard — super convenient. I’ll definitely choose this apartment again and gladly recommend it to friends. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!"

"Интерьер совпал с описанием и картинкой. Чисто, уютно, постель наисвежайшая, одеяло теплое, подушки удобные. Кондиционер очень выручил. В соседнем доме есть кофейня с 8 работает, продуктовый в котором все что нам нужно нашли, овощи тоже рядышком. В подъезде и Лифте чистенько. Соседи очень приветливые. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Очень понравилась квартира, теперь будем останавливаться только здесь!!!"

"Very good apartment in a modern new built building. Appreciated two bathrooms, there were 4 of us. Air conditioned, clean, spacious. 5 minute drive to the old center of the city where you can walk. Upload and order Yandex taxi that can take you to any location within the city or to the mountains. Make sure to order electric car if you are going to the mountains. No complaints about the apartment. But you need to pin down your exact location for taxi because you don’t want to go out to a busy Alfarabi street, set your location to the side of the building"
