The Korean-style rooms and dormitory rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems and shared bathrooms. They are fitted with either bunk beds or traditional futon mats. Guests can use the shared kitchen, which has a washing machine, stove, microwave and water dispenser. Computers are available for use, and luggage storage and fax/photocopying services are also available. A simple breakfast is served daily. There are also many bistros and pubs within a short walk of the guest house, especially in the Hongdae area. Cocoa Guesthouse is a 15-minute drive or subway ride from the popular Myeongdong and Namdaemun markets. Gimpo Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

"Location is fantastic. The staff were super responsive. Everything was clean."
"The shower design was not great - there's not a lot of air circulation so it can smell a bit musty and the toilet and toilet paper was wet. This might be because there are limited hours when the staff are on site to explain the facilities. There was also need for some maintenance (door knobs, shower heads rusty)."

"On the one hand, the location is excellent if you're interested to explore Hongdae -- it's right there on the main road, walking distance from key bus stops and subway stations. However, the downside of that it is right in the midst of the nightlife (literally on top of a nightclub). I could hear loud music in my room all night long."
