The meals are balanced, nutritious, and offer numerous protein options! The staff are extremely caring and friendly, going out of their way to ensure you have a positive experience. I had an accident on my trip, and was nervous to seek medical care due to the language barrier. The staff reassured me, took me to the hospital, translated for me, waited with me, and eventually drove me back. They made a stressful situation light-hearted and positive! My experience at Ground Zero was great, and I’d highly recommend visiting."

"I stayed in one of the bungalows and it was super comfortable. I also spent a night sleeping in one of the hammocks, which was such a great experience and surprisingly very comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing. They really take the time to explain everything you need to know about the island and make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere at the bar is wonderful, very social and relaxed, and the facilities are good overall."

"It's a lovely oasis,beautiful plants,peaceful and quiet.It has a bar, restaurant and an outside spa.Our room was super clean and comfortable.Chef Chantelle makes the best food, its all home made.Her mango jam is delish thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.Must try the spaghetti with Pesto (homemade pesto) so so good.Lemon tarte was delish.You can hire a scooter there at the bungalows to get around on.Big thank you to Chantelle and her husband for having us.We would recommend staying here :):)"

"Staff were really lovely, let me check in early after hopping off a night bus. New owners were always around and very welcoming. Room was spacious, strong A/C, very clean. Excellent value for money and great location. Would recommend and would stay again!"

"Everything was great... My one problem with many self-catering spots is drinking / cooking water. I HATE all the plastic and yet, you are given one small 500ml when we stay there for a few days doesn't work. There really should be a 20Lt refillable... They can then reuse this and fill at a portion of the cost. Other than that, it really was nice."

"We stayed in the big room outside of the main house, it is very comfortable and clean. The owners are very kind and going about with their lifes while we are having breakfast or arriving from a long temple visit. There was a book about the treasures of angkor in our room, that we used to inform ourselves before and during our visit. It made the experience even greater than it already was! Everything is in 10-20 min walking distance (spots to eat by the river or inner siem reap). We rented a scooter to go around ourselves, which was the most fun."
