"We loved this place, The staff is great. The kitchen is good. The utensils are used but what to expect? I mean its a place many people rent. We didn't find the usage a problem, everything was working fine. We had read the description wrong and though there was a sofa I could sleep in since my friend was sick (we had 1 bedroom apartment) and the sofa was not big enough but the kind staff could fix a spare roll-bed for me. It was extremply kind. The people at the gate "guards/handymen" were also very nice an acomodating even though they didnt speak english. Would absolutley recommend."

"The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the accommodation I had was very spacious and clean (definitely exceeded my expectation). I was on a business trip, and it was in walking distance to where I needed to be; it's a little bit away from the centre, but getting a taxi or tuk tuk was easy enough. The staff was friendly."

"It seems all the light switches are in the living room (including the one for the bedroom, unless I was silly enough to not be able to find it). I wish a hairdryer was provided. Not big issues though, all was manageable."

"It was a very nice spacious room, they gave me a room upgrade. Room was perfectly clean. Very friendly staff and responsive contact person. Nice quiet residential neighborhood, but with lots of restaurants and café's etc close by, walking distance."

"Wifi was not working that well. The signal showed good strength, but it was hard to use: positions of phone or computer mattered if it works or not (computer on the table worked, but sitting on the couch did not work and holding your phone 10 or 20 cm more to the left or right could make it stop). No bad intentions from them, but not ideal."

"The apartment was amazing—really spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The building itself felt welcoming and safe, with excellent facilities. But what really made the difference was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the two wonderful receptionists who welcomed us upon arrival and took care of us during the late evening shifts. We loved it so much that we extended our stay."
