"it is extremely spacious so if you have a large luggage it can fit in front of the bed frame plus it is like an apartment so you can cook and very comfortable just like your own home"

"some of the utensils arent clean like the spatula was dirty with grimes in between the holes of the spatula but still it is very clean overall"

"It was convenient, had all you needed , very clean and comfortable."

"A very small comment was i was only given 1 towel for my 3 day stay and could not translate how to use the washing machine properly into english.. As its getting colder my towel was still wet the next morning so wasnt sure if the machine was a dryer also.."

"This was a very comfy and reasonably-priced stay. The room was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, and was very well equipped, while the automated check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward. It’s also well located – not far from the train station. And the room had a bathtub, which was very welcome after a long journey."

"It was within walking distance of the lake (although a little steep walking up so I don’t recommend traveling with big luggage), you could see the mountain Fuji from the room and the lady running the inn was very kind. Also there is heating so the rooms are nice and warm."

"Haku cabin I think will be the highlight of our Hokkaido trip. Words can’t express how good of a find it is. We had the privilege of being the first guests - it’s literally brand new! The cabin is ridiculous cosy - it was hard to bring ourselves to get out of the heavenly beds to go snowboarding. But we had to considering the location is ideal - literally across the road from the Pippu lift! We had fantastic snow at Pippu and loved our 2 days there. The resort is quaint and local but great quality powder and ridiculously affordable (3800 yen a full day pass which includes access to the local onsen which is fantastic). The cabin is so well supplied and lovely decor. The hosts Yasu and Angela are very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"

"The private onsen was truly magical! The design of the room was stylish and beautiful. It was perfectly clean and we had all the amenities we need. The ryokan’s team was amazing and friendly! The nature around is a pure joy, we could observe it and walk the whole day! The hotel is a hidden gem and we hope to come back one day!"

"Fantastic location in the heart of dotonburi, lively street with some good bars. Host let us check in early as the room was ready which was great as I don’t think there is anywhere to store your baggage, very responsive host. Facilities were okay, even though the shower and toilet was shared I didn’t actually see anyone else use it."

"Hassle free self check in and check out made everything a breeze for us with our baby. Our baby celebrated his first birthday in Osaka and our local stay has a very well equipped kitchen which made it convenient for us to prepare for the celebration. Our baby also enjoyed his bubble bath in the bathroom everyday when he returns, thumbs up for the hygiene & cleanliness at the property and we loved the Miffy theme. We definitely recommend this property!"
