"Hotel exceptional, tip butique, amplasat intr-o zonă foarte bună. Curățenie impecabilă, SPA de Nota 10 cu felicitări.Mancarea de la Asrar Cafe a fost extraordinară iar servirea ireproșabilă. În.plus preturile sunt foarte bune. Staff-ul hotelului + Asrar Cafe este de departe cel.mai amabil,binevoitor și profesionist întâlnit vreodată. Iar Mohannad Aboura,soferul și ghidul nostru cu care am străbătut toată țara a fost exceptional. Amabil, atent, profesionist."

"The hotel staff to start with were really friendly, professional and very helpful and polite, they kept checking with me if I ever need anything. The hamam facilities were lush and by the way they have a separate facility for men and women in different floors it’s open everyday from 10-7 and u can use The facilities for free and if you wanted any treatment, then it’s a little extra which is still very reasonably priced and very nice the girls who worked at the hamam are all very friendly and professional. Room rate included breakfast at the café on the second floor where an added bonus they have a Fresh oven where they can bake for you very tasty maneesh, station for omelette or any other kind, hot and cold buffet and the selection of salad chips and bread again the atmosphere in the café is very energetic. There are so many people there who comes even from outside the hotel to enjoy the breakfast and it always feels very nice."

"It is further from the centre then thought. Can be an hour in traffic but taxis are cheap. It is a traditional jordanian hotel.with separate swimming pool for men and women. As a western couple we wanted to use the facilities together but couldn't and we booked it specifically for the swimming pool so it was disappointing."
