"great hostel just a 15 min walk from Petra. the rooftop is great to watch sunset, and meet some amazinf people. the owner is always there to answer any questions and help you out, plus he organizes hostel dinners on busy nights. comfortable beds."

"Very nice hostel owner who is always wiling to help out. Location is great - 15 min walk to Petra main entrance. Incredible view especially for sunset. You can get a lunch box for the day which is really convenient for the day in Petra. One night we had family dinner which was nice."

"Owner is amazing, knows petra really well so can give advise snd help out in any situation! Has the cutest little dog! The view from the roof top is so so stunning! Has all the greatest facilities! The owner also spent the night teaching us traditional petra dance “dabke”"

"Had a lovely stay at Rafiki. Liked it so much that we extended for 2 more nights. Modern and clean facilities, very social atmosphere and in a great location just 20 min walk to Petra visitor centre. Very friendly and welcoming host, that answered all our questions. Also, say yes to the family meal, it was really delicious and at a fair price"

"I honestly had an amazing experience. The hostel is clean and comfortable. I especially loved the poolside. It brings travellers. It’s a great way to meet other travelers and share stories. The atmosphere always felt warm and communal. It's an easy 2 blocks walk from the big mall in the town. The owner Ghaith is one of the kindest and most genuine owner I've met while traveling. It felt like a home away from home!!"
