"Parcare subterana, apartament (defapt 2 camere de hotel care comunica intre ele, 2 bai, 2 chicinete, 2 balcoane)curat, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, aproape de mijloace de transort, aveti nevoie pt a ajunge in Rimini old town(1 ora pe jos). Consumabile sapun, sampon, detergent vase, ajung doar pt 1 zi. Supermarchet coop la 2 min."

"Totul!!! Foarte curat,lift din parcarea subterană până sus la etajul 6, piscină și jacuzzi în aer liber la etajul 6 cu o priveliște superbă! La 2 minute de mers pe jos era plaja, la un minut de mers pe jos magazin cu de toate,pizzerii și baruri de jur împrejur. Chiar și un doner kebab."

"The residence is in an excellent position, very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and were helpful in organising taxis for us. The place is clean and it was quiet which we liked, but we were there in low season. The kitchenette is basic but very useful."
"We were allocated a studio for wheelchair users (which was not applicable for us) but the space was quite tight to move around for us let alone someone in a wheelchair. However, the bathroom was very big. If I were to stay here again I would probably book the one bedroom apartment just to have a bit more space."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
