Residence Sole is located in the centre of Trieste, a 10-minute walk from Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia square. It offers self-catering apartments and rooms with free Wi-Fi, set on different floors of a residential building. Each accommodation is classically or nouly furnished, and comes with wooden floors and a flat-screen TV. The private bathrooms are complete with toiletries, hairdryer, and bathrobes. "The only issue is the noise isolation - there is almost none, and one can hear what happens in the lobby quite well. It wasn’t a massive issue for us, but it could be an issue for light sleepers."

"Location- PERFECT! Staff- AMAZING! Facilities were what we needed for our 2 night stay! Grocery + amenities shop all withing walking distance of property! Short walk to lovely restaurants and cafes and main city center. Parking was organised 5 mins walk way from property. Lift also available to reach our apartment on the 5th floor with our luggages! Bus stops also steps away from front door incase required!"

"The apartment was very modern and extremely clean! Perfect location in central Trieste. The bathroom was very fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one can need. Luisijana gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful before our arrival and when we arrived. We felt so welcome and she was so nice to us. We can warmly recommend this place to anyone visiting Trieste and we will stay here next time we visit!"
