"Apartament spatios intr-o cladire foarte veche dar bine intretinuta , cu scari de marmura si chiar cu un lift functional in interior . Camere foarte inalte , cum era moda acum 100 de ani , foarte curate si primitoare . Bucatarie bine echipata, cu expresor de cafea . Foarte aproape de apartament poti gasi 3-4 restaurante foarte bune si chiar un supermarket . La 350 de metri de proprietate este Gara Roma Termini si multe statii de autobuz care fac legatura cu obiectivele turistice si cu Aeroportul Fiumicino ."

"Cazare la 2 minute de gară Termini ,patul si perne confortabile , curat și frumos mirositor. Camera mică dar perfectă pentru o noapte /doua .Liniste pe timpul nopții , ceea ce oferă confort (probabil pt ca este situat în fața sediului de Carabinieri ) Atât personalul cât și proprietarul foarte amabili ."

"I stayed at Les Artes for one night it was okay for a short stay. The room was quite small, but the location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a bakery. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and want to explore the neighborhood."

"Very convenient location just 10min of walking from Rome Termini station, so convenient for early flights. There are places to eat which work very late. There’s a coffee machine in the common space. The host is very caring and responsive. Compared how I got frozen in Spoleto, here was quite warm in the apartment. The hotel is an apartment where each room is for different guests, with own little shower and a toilet. Second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases, think of it."

"The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, and the metro station is very close. There are many great spots nearby with delicious food. It can get a bit noisy in the morning due to garbage collection, but overall the area is very convenient."
