"Amplasarea hotelului este destul de reușită, foarte aproape de Plazza San Marco, podul Rialto și toate locațiile principale a Veneției. Micul dejun a fost destul de bun fiind prezente cașcavaluri, fructe, iaurtul, deserturi... Personal amabil. Curățenia se face in fiecare zi cu aranjarea paturilor și aspirarea covoarelor, schimbarea prosoapelor și a ștergarelor din baie."

"Totul la superlativ!De la geam se vedeau gondolele trecand pe canal ,micul dejun foarte diversificat si de buna calitate.,curatenia zilnica in camera,amabilitatea personalului,foarte aproape de P-ta San Marco."

"Everything was amazing. The room was wonderful, the bed was sooo comfortable & as for the settee in the room, I would love one. The buffet breakfast was exceptional & sets you up for the day. The staff were really friendly."

"The location of the hotel was excellent for many of the sites I wished to see. The room was large and comfortable, and it was helpful to have a kettle available for hot drinks. I overlooked a canal, which was good, it was nice to be able to hear water traffic now and again being in Venice. The bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast was good with a good quality of coffee, and the staff at breakfast and on reception were helpful when I had questions."

"It was a shame that the bar was closed, so there was little opportunity to relax outside of the bedroom in the evenings. I did not want cleaning every day, so I used the do not disturb sign, but the cleaners still knocked and asked, which felt wrong when I had asked not to be disturbed; however, they were very polite. It might be helpful to have a separate sign for guests to use when they do not want cleaning that day."

"Granddaughter and I loved the generous size of our room, which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a prime location excellent for sightseeing, 10/10. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The porter took our luggage to our room and showed us how everything functioned. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We would definitely come back here again!"

"There was absolutely nothing we could complain about. Some people might perhaps not be happy with the selection at breakfast. Plenty of excellent coffee, fresh juices, fruit and what else was on offer made us more than content."

"Amazing location, 5 minutes from San Marco. Very quiet, slept like a log. Viene of canal from window. Good choice for breakfast."
