Just 10 metres from the shores of Lake Garda, Pensiune Anna offers design rooms with lake or mountain views. It features a rooftop terrace and outdoor relaxation area. The property is 1 km from the Fraglia Vela yacht club. Rooms come with tiled floors and large windows. They are all air conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV and a private balcony. An Italian breakfast is served each morning, while drinks from the bar can be enjoyed on the lake-view terrace. There is also a TV lounge with billiards. You only need to cross 1 street to reach the beach from the Anna Unitate De Cazare. Free parking is provided, and the cable way up Mount Baldo is 3 km away, in the centre of Malcesine.

"It was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very varied, a lot of choice. There is parking on site, we were even offered to park our motorcycles in the garage for free."

"The hotel has nice design with some really cool details, the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Although it is around 3 kms far from the town, the location is pretty great as the beach is right in front of the hotel and there are good (4*+) restaurants you can choose from nearby. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, the very best one we had in Italy so far, we loved it so much! We can imagine coming back here next summer and stay a bit longer."

"Absolutely amazing. Bee pollen, fresh honey comb, fresh fruit galore (cherries/apricots/water melon etc). Juices of every type, cooked breakfast, continental… drinks. I have travelled a lot and this breakfast exceeded most others. Plus the hotel is run by a family of two sisters and brother… they offer such a wonderful, personal service. I would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
