"Kedves, családias hely, nagyon segítőkész személyzettel. Az ingyenesen használható biciklik nagyon megkönnyítették a környék bejárását. A tengerpart nagyon közel volt. Pineta hangulata nagyon egyedülálló, Grado pedig csodálatos város!"

"Stay at the hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was surprisingly nice with make-yourself scrambled eggs, vegetables, cakes and delicious coffee. Pleasant touch - free of charge bicycles, we spent an awesome day exploring Grado on them! Safe parking for motorcycles!"

"Es ist ein einfaches aber angenehmes Hotel. Die Lage ist schön, weil es in einer relativ ruhigen Nebenstraße liegt und der Weg zum Strand nicht weit ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit! Und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut!"

"15 qm für 3 Personen wirklich zu eng. Obst beim Frühstück eingeschränkt bis garnicht vorhanden(tageweise). Badezimmer: WC, Dusche und Waschmuschel zusammen auf gefühlt 1.5 qm. Dusche mit fixer Uberkopfbrause - Duschvorhang klebte sich bei Duschen an den Körper. Ohne Vorhang war Überschwemmung unvermeidlich. Strand: nach 2 m seichtem Wasser 10 m dicht bis unter Wasseroberfläche Seegraßbewuchs - freies Schwimmen also erst nach Überwindung dieser Barriere möglich - Tipp mit Luftmatratze kommt man zu dem 4 m Korridor, wo Schwimmen möglich, dann aber wieder dichter Bewuchs und dann schon Schneiße für Motorbote ☹️!"

"Alles tiptop sauber. Sehr freundliche Damen die alles managen. Gutes Frühstück Zimmer der Preisklasse entsprechend Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, Schirm mit 2 Liegen kann gemietet werden. 10€/Tag Wird am Strand zugewiesen. Für mich hat's sehr gut gepasst!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
