Situată la doar 200 de metri de Gara Termini, Friendship Place este o proprietate de familie situată la etajul 6 al unei clădiri rezidențiale cu lift. Are camere spațioase pline de culoare, cu podea din lemn şi aer condiţionat. Toate camerele de la Friendship Place au minibar și baie privată cu uscător de păr. Sunt disponibile și dormitoare amplasate într-o clădire separată din apropiere. Deoarece se află atât de înalt aproape de Gara Roma Termini, proprietatea beneficiază de legături excelente de transport public către toate zonele Romei. Se poate ajunge ușor la ambele linii de metrou, iar Colosseumul și Fontana di Trevi sunt la doar 2 stații.

"Nu am ceva ce sa tina de cazare si sa spun ca nu mi-a plăcut"
"La locația unde am fost trimiși , față de locatia inițială, mai precis Via dei Mille nr 6, a arătat chiar mai bine decât ce era în poze. Personalul foarte amabil, curățenie și schimbat prosoape zilnic. Poziția noii locații, nouă ne-a convenit mai mult. Marimea camerei este acceptabilă , patul foarte confortabil ."

"The place is great if you are going there to sleep only. We stayed 5 nights and we are very pleased with our stay. The room was cleaned everyday and also they gave us new towels everyday. The best of this accommodation is the location, 5 min walk to the termini and 5 min walk from the Metro station Castro Petrorio. There's a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you anywhere in the city."
"The only thing we need to complain is the awful sewage smell coming from the toilet and the thin walls, as you can here anything the other guests are saying in other rooms."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
