"Comunicarea cu personalul hotelului a fost foarte bună. Ne-au contactat chiar după ce am făcut rezervarea pentru a se asigura că avem toate informațiile necesare în privința programului de check-in. Am primit de asemenea informații utile cu privire la mijloacele de transport în comun , obiective turistice și restaurante cu mâncare delicioasă. Am câștigat astfel timp prețios pentru a ne relaxa în acest sejur. Camera în care am fost cazați a fost curată și spațioasă. Vom reveni aici cu siguranță."

"Locație excelenta, la 10 minute de gara Termini, înconjurată de cafenele si restaurante cu specific divers, mâncare bună și preturi acceptabile. Personalul foarte amabil și deschis în a oferi ajutor și sfaturi pentru a avea un sejur cât mai plăcut. Curățenie zilnica! Multumim Marco și Matteo!"

"Met our needs very well for a 5-night stay. Only downside is decent restaurants are lacking in the immediate area, but we knew that and planned accordingly. San Lorenzo is about 15 minutes walk with a good selection of affordable choices frequented by locals whilst close public transport links open up the city for a wider choice of options"

"The host Slim is very good person, he gave us map from Rome and give us advices and instructions how to find and see all attractions in Roma. The room was perfect for our 3 day trip in Rome. The pressure of water is perfect and there is always hot water. The room was getting cleaned everyday and the towels were fresh and clean. We were checking in late at evening in 11 pm because our flight was late and Slim send us the instructions on the day of checking as he said. The instructions were clear and we check in smoothly."

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everyday the staff were checking through whatsapp if everything is ok and if any help is needed. The wifi signal was stable and very good. Will 10/10 definitely recommend this hotel"
