"Bett zu hart trotz Topper. Teilweise pflegt das Personal an der Reception oder im Management einen schlechten Kundenservice. Mir wurde ein Gutschein angeboten, den ich mir vor der Buchung extra noch einmal habe bestätigen lassen (sonst hätte ich keine Massage gebucht) und als es zur Zahlung kam, wurde dies einfach verleugnet 😄"

"Hemos pasado 3 noches en este hotel y ha sido maravilloso. - La comida es EXCELENTE - el colchón de la habitación y las almohadas súper cómodas - el kids club con unos horarios increíbles.
