"The staff were very accommodating and the room was quite comfortable. The location has many lovely pets and animals which we found delightful."

"Good room, spacious and clean, great service from the staff. Good abundant breakfast. The location is good as it is a farm. It was great to see all the animals during the stay. It is also close to the beach and towns with many restaurants, shops and things to do."

"Nice place, beautiful building and very fine owners. Room and bathroom were clean."

"Bed was bit small for two adults. Birds in the cages were loud early in the morning and man must sleep with closed window but the building is farm so we expected the animal's noises."

"Lovely farm location in the middle of the countryside with lots of animals, bird song and cuddly puppies and kittens. Super-comfy bed, all mod cons and lovelt views. Breakfast options a-plenty, friendly staff and 5 mins from the beach. What's not to like!"

"Locația si view-ul , ospitalitatea si cu noroc early ckeck-in, curățenia, mărimea apartamentului , cafea&ceai si croisante in camera pentru mic dejun , mica terasa din spate si incredibilele dimineți la cafea.Usor de ajuns , parcarea proprie la poartă, magazine aproape , parcul lângă,restaurante si centru Sirmione la 10 minute pe jos.A fost un weekend incredibil ."

"In the surprising "Ospedaletti", for the vastness of its beaches and restaurants, there is a seemingly inviolable Hotel. Bar + restaurant + breakfast. Large parking lot. As soon as I arrived, a very kind and pleasant girl assigned me a free upgrade to a large room with a suggestive sea view. Impeccable room (however, no fridge or kettle), imperial view, princely rest. Bar, bus stop, shops and supermarket, all 50 meters away."

"I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola."

"Locatia este absolut minunata, inconjurata de maslini, cu o piscina absolut superba si curata, iar personalul si proprietarul sunt niste oameni extrem de amabili. Foarte aproape de plajele din Porto Cesareo si Sant Ididoro, 5 minute de mers cu masina. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, tipic italian, cu briose, prajituri, focaccia, croissante. Barul este deschis toata ziua si de acolo poti comanda cafea, apa, vin, prosecco, cocktailuri. Curatenie se facea in fiecare zi, camerele sunt spatioase, decorate in stil clasic. Fiecare camera are iesire directa atata la piscina cat si la gradina. Proprietatea are parcare privata si loc de joaca pentru copii. Ne-am simtit minunat aici si recomand din suflet locatia."
